The below terms and conditions relate to booking your event/s, attending your event/s and any activities before or after your attending the event.

These terms and conditions relate to all events arranged, managed, hosted by Zed Adventures Airsoft regardless of where the events are held, promoted or sold by.


As our terms and conditions are over 10 pages of A4 when printed, below is a very basic summary of your agreement. If you do not read our terms and conditions after this section, then this is your responsibility and any agreement is taken in good faith.

By booking onto an event, you confirm that:

  • All participants are at least 12 years old and those under the age of 18 will require a legal guardian be present at booking in on the event day to complete paperwork
  • All participants agree to follow all rules, regulations and professional verbal direction that may be given at any time to ensure your safety during the event/s,
  • All participants agree to wear all protective wear as directed and instructed by Zed Adventures members of staff,
  • All participants are aware of the terms and conditions for this event including late arrivals, fitness and medical requirements, cancellation policy and violent or aggressive behaviour, and
  • You are aware of the terms and conditions for this event including late arrivals, fitness and medical requirements, cancellation policy and violent or aggressive behaviour, and
  • All participants agree to not share specific information about the event that you are about to attend.



Jellymedia Ltd (of Unit 1, Darwin Court, Hawking Place, Blackpool, FY2 0JN) are contracted to do our bidding, including all professional activities for us and on our behalf. This includes handling the bookings, the system and administration.

Accepted proof of age includes:

  • Passports (valid) or ID cards
  • Drivers license (provisional or full)
  • Birth certificate


Zed Adventures Airsoft is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted by you during the booking process. All booking updates (including information, reminders and confirmations) are sent by email only.

If you do not receive any emails or the email is corrupt in anyway (blank or otherwise), please contact the booking team who will endeavour to assist.

All of the required information must be accurate (or updated prior to the event) including names, ages and medical or access restrictions. Failure to provide this information may affect your booking or participation in the event due to insurance purposes. This is your responsibility when booking on and prior to the event.


If you abort the booking process following completion of the Participant’s Details form, you will be given the option to pay for the places 48 hours after completing the form. This 48 hour period is referred to as the “holding” period.

Two email reminders will be sent to the email address used during the booking. Should payment be received within the holding period, the booking will be confirmed by email. However if no payment is received or contact made to the Bookings Team within the holding period, the places held will be released and available for the general public.


When booking onto an event using a third party retailer voucher, the booking is unconfirmed and held until the voucher has been accepted.

If the voucher code is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the booking without notice. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we endeavour to make a reasonable number of contact attempts to rectify such queries or issues.

Confirmation of a successful booking will be provided by email. ISSUES WITH YOUR VOUCHER/S

If you are having any problems activating your voucher/s, please contact the retailer or company you have bought the voucher from. FRAUD, THEFT OR DAMAGE TO A VOUCHER

We are not liable or accountable for fraudulent use, theft or damage to any voucher. All vouchers received are accepted with the assumption that the booker is the rightful owner of the voucher.

If fraud or theft has taken place, all parties involved will assist with any investigation instigated through the appropriate and official channels. ZED VOUCHERS

We sometimes issue or sell vouchers that are not attached to an event. These are provided as a PDF via email only; they are transferable and you can privately resell the ticket on.

Each voucher has a unique code and can be given as a gift or used within the “best before” date. Each voucher must be used within 6 months of issue. FRAUD, THEFT OR DAMAGE TO A VOUCHER

Once the voucher has been sent via email (using the address you have provided), we are not liable or responsible for the voucher. If it is sent to the wrong address, stolen or copied and used on a booking we are not required to check that the booking is genuine.

In short, keep the voucher/s safe.


This section is relating to any cancellations or non-attendance at our events.


Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an extreme or unavoidable event such as death or bereavement. This does not include cancelled weddings, illnesses or injury. CANCELLATION BY US

If an event is cancelled by us or our team, we will contact those affected and endeavour to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

We will also endeavour to ensure that we contact everyone affected promptly however if your contact details are not correct, we are not liable for any lack of contact. BAD WEATHER OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

A week before the event, if we think there may be issues with running the event you’re booked on to we will email a warning with advice what we will do in the run up to your event.

When we know an event isn’t going to run, this is the process we take:

  • Contact all participants
  • Advise of cancellation and offer a rearrangement
  • If rearrangement is not possible, we will offer a voucher to be used within 6 months after the cancelled event or refund in full

If you do not provide us with your contact details or do not receive our emails or voicemails; we are not liable for your loss. No rearrangement or refund will be available. UNPAID BOOKINGS

If payment has not been received during the booking process or at least 48 hours prior to the event, we reserve the right to cancel or offer any unpaid for places. Our team will endeavour to contact the Booker and/or participants to inform with as much notice as possible; however we are not liable if contact has not been successful. CANCELLING DUE TO PREGNANCY

We cannot allow anyone to participate in the event whilst pregnant, due to the physical nature of the tasks carried out. If you learn that you are pregnant after you have booked on to an event, you should contact us immediately.

We endeavour to work with the individual affected by this section in our Terms and Conditions. This is managed on a case-by-case basis.


Bookings are transferable between persons. If a transfer has taken place, it is the original participant’s responsibility to inform the Booking Team of the change of name, age (over 12 years old) and medical issues in line with these Terms and Conditions. NON-ATTENDANCE

If you fail to attend an event for which you are registered and have not given us prior notice then you shall not be entitled to any refund, transfer or otherwise pursuant to our refunds policy.


The event may be outdoors and will not be cancelled for bad weather.

If the weather is extreme (as an example – heavy snow fall) and we are forced to cancel, we will endeavour to contact all participants with as much notice as possible. We will then make arrangements directly to either transfer bookings to another session or make reasonable arrangements.


Our Event Managers / Directors on the day at each venue are dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants and staff.


If you fail to attend an event for which you are registered then you shall not be entitled to any refund, transfer or otherwise pursuant to our refunds policy.


We do not accept traffic as a valid reason for non attendance at your booked event. We recommend that you give yourself enough time to get to the event, accounting for any potential traffic, as you will not be eligible for a refund or rearrangement.


We are unable to offer a refund or rearrangement for non attendance due to illness or injury.


If you are late, we reserve the right to not allow you to join the event. You will not be eligible to a refund and transferring you to another event or date will be at the discretion of the Event Manager or our Director/s on the day, we ill endeavour to help you.


The Events Manager / Directors will use their sound judgement when making any decision during the event, with the key interest of the safety to all the participants and staff first and foremost.

If the participant decides for whatever reason to excuse themselves from the event either at the beginning or during an event without any reasonable justification, then the Event Manager / Director will ensure the customer understands that they waive their right to any remedial activity. Unless it is in agreement with the Event Manager / Director that continuing would cause further injury, illness or diminished safety of the individual, other customers, staff and the event.

If the Event Manager / Director advise a participant to not continue with an event for any reason within reasonable remits and grounds; the Event Manager / Director will clarify clearly whether any post-event or remedial activity or goodwill is to be made available.


Our priority first and foremost is the safety and security of participants and our staff. Therefore, participants are reminded that there are members of staff playing a role.

If the Event Manager / Director feels that the safety of the staff or other customers is at risk, including excessive force, the individual/s will be asked to leave the event and escorted off the premises and not be eligible for a refund or transfer onto another event.

We do not tolerate drunken or abusive behaviour. We have a zero tolerance policy on the consumption alcoholic drinks and illegal substances. If you arrive having drunk alcohol (not even a quick half!) or under any influences from illegal substances, you won’t be allowed to participate. No refunds will be made available or transferring participants onto a further event under these circumstances.

Should any participants become aggressive, we hold the right to contact the Police to ensure the other participants and our staff’s safety and security.


We provide all essential protective equipment, it is mandatory to wear the protective eye wear at all times during an airsoft event.

We provide all equipment for the event including expertly maintained airsoft guns.
This includes melee weapons or potential weapons.

Every customer and participant is required to undertake and pass the safety briefing. Failure to do so will result in the individual being withdrawn from the event and will not be eligible for a refund, rearrangement or any compensation.


Customers are asked to remove all valuable or breakable items from their person at the start of the event, these include:

  • Mobile phones (including Smart Phones, PDAs, tablets, or other communication device)
  • Recording and entertainment devices (including cameras, video recorders, e-readers, tablets, laptops, iPods, MP3 players, etc)

All valuables can be stored in the safe zone. More details are available on the day.

If customers continue to have their valuables on their person during the event, and the item becomes damaged; we and our staff are not liable for any loss or damage which may occur to either your property or person during the event.


The event will be physical in nature and requires a certain degree of basic fitness. If this is of concern, please get in touch before the event to discuss this in more detail.


  • If you have any medical or physical concerns that will affect your participation in the event, please ensure you have either completed the “Specific requirements” section of your event booking or contact the bookings team for advice.
  • If you can identify with having mild to severe physical, visual or hearing impairment/s or difficulties, and require the assistance of another person then please provide as much information as possible before booking your place onto our event. Our booking team will assist where and if possible.


  • You are required to let a member of the team know if you have a medical condition that we should be made aware of.
  • If you have a condition that requires medication (asthma etc.), you are required to put this in the top left hand pocket of your jacket or vest. This will be advised on the day when you speak to an organiser. Please note that this includes asthma even if considered to moderate to mild as special effects and smoke can trigger an attack.
  • The first aid qualified member/s of staff will be pointed out on the day.
  • In the event of an accident, there is a first aid box and member of staff available on site, or contact can be made with the emergency services depending on the severity.


Anyone who finds themselves pregnant before their event takes place must contact the booking team immediately. Please see section 3.2 for information on cancellations, refunds and rearrangements.


The briefing provided during the events is to ensure safety to all involved including the customer, other participants and members of staff. The briefing provided is only for use within the events organised, ran or hosted by Zed Adventures Airsoft. Any loss, damage or injury experienced after event that relates to Zed Adventures Airsoft briefing or event set up, is not our responsibility and we are not liable.

Any similarities between the events, story line, organisation, special effects, or set up between the real world  and the events are coincidental and not the responsibility of Zed Adventures Airsoft.


You are liable for any loss or damage which you may cause to our premises or venues, or that of any external venues that we use, and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including policies as to behaviour and conduct) that may be in place at any venue from time to time.

Zed Adventures Airsoft are not liable for any loss or damage which may occur to either your property or person during the event.



The price of any of our events will be as quoted in our brochures, flyers, on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices are inclusive of VAT. If the event is advertised on third party sites at a different price, this responsibility falls to them.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation email, except in cases of obvious error.


Any discounts that are available will be publicly announced either on our website or social channels if available directly. Additional discounts are not available, ever.

Any discounts available via third party retailers are not our responsibility. Accessing these discounts, offers or cheaper tickets is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible or liable for any damages or loss as a result of unknown retailers or resellers.


You may pay for your booking online by valid third party vouchers, vouchers issued by us directly, PayPal, credit and debit card. We regret that we cannot accept payment over the phone by card, credit notes or cash as payment for bookings made online through our payment processor.

Credit and debit card payments made online through our site are processed by a secure payment collection service (“Payment Processor”). Our online payment processing is undertaken by PayPal. When you book an event and wish to make payment online, we will take your name, address and other details and then you will be transferred to the Payment Processor’s website to enter your credit or debit card details and finalise the payment process. The Payment Processor will need to know certain information about you in order to process payment for the booking and you hereby consent to the transfer by us to the Payment Processor of such information.

The Payment Processor’s own terms and conditions apply where applicable.


Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information that you provide us when making a booking.


For large groups booking Airsoft (5 or more participants) are eligible to pay in part using our deposit scheme. To access this scheme, the booker should contact our bookings team.


The below terms are used within this agreement and are therefore defined as:

  • “You” refers to either:
    • the recipient of this document
    • the deposit payer
    • a member of the party booking made on their behalf.
  • “Party” refers to a group of customers who booked onto an event en masse with one individual acting as the main point of contact.
  • “We” refers to Zed Adventures Airsoft of (www.zedadventures.co.uk) and all supporting agencies, teams, colleagues and associates.
  • “Events” or “the event” or “event” relates to our product at any of our locations listed on our website (www.Zedadventures.co.uk).
  • “Deposit” refers to the part payment for any booking at our Event. Please see section “3.1 Deposit Amount” of this document.


We assume that any member of a Party booking (not the individual who arranged for the places at the event in question) is therefore in agreement with these Terms and Conditions for Deposits as a whole and as individuals. Also, we assume that any dispute from a member of the Party will be settled between the Party members only. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We assume that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Deposits, You and members of the Party attending our Events therefore agree to the general Booking Terms and Conditions.


For airsoft, the deposit amount is £10 or the full ticket amount if you are a rental player. For Private booking events a deposit of 50% of the agreed total price must be paid in advance with the remainder by the event day.


You agree to the below schedule of timescales and deadlines.

  • Unpaid bookings will only be held for forty-eight (48) hours (seventy-two (72) hours if this falls over a weekend). We are not liable or required to remind You or the Party of the deadline.
  • Fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit for the specified number of places at our events to be paid in full to secure the booking
  • The remaining is fifty percent (50%) of the event cost is to be paid in full prior to the event.

Please Note: If the Party numbers change after the Deposit is received and not before the deadline full payment is required for remaining places.


If for any reason these Terms and Conditions require alteration on a particular booking, the changes will be listed clearly in an email to You.

If You are unable to provide proof of any amendment to this agreement, then any amendments are invalid and therefore not applicable.


If for any reason there are any disputes or issues, these will be dealt with by our Customer Support Officers via [email protected] We will endeavour to support and assist where possible, and liaise with You and our Directors (who have final say of any problem, issue or resolution).


You are required to confirm your agreement for the below terms and conditions either in writing to [email protected] or by paying a deposit in full.

Everyone at Zed Adventures Airsoft is dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. This policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you when you are on this site.


In operating our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website, such as when you registered for information or make a purchase.
  • Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.
  • Information regarding who bought vouchers from Ministry of Paintball via your referral links.


We may on occasions gather information regarding your computer whilst you are on our website. This enables us to improve our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website to our advertisers where appropriate.

Such information will not identify you personally it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Similarly to the above, we may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie file. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer as cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our website and the service that we provide to you.

All computers have the ability to decline cookies. This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our website.

Our advertisers may also use cookies, over which we have no control. Such cookies (if used) would be downloaded once you click on advertisements on our website. Not that we have any at the moment, but it is nice to keep you informed.


The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information requested from us, relating to our products or services. To provide information on other products which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to receive such information. This will not be regular information, because we know how annoying it is. But if we have something really cool we think you might want to know we will send it over.
  • To meet our contractual commitments to you.
  • To notify you about any changes to our website, such as improvements or service / product changes, that may affect our service.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you with information about events, goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

We will not permit or share your data with third parties, even if the information, goods, services or events they offer is really cool.


Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

We do not store credit or debit card details. However, if using PayPal please consult their Privacy Policy on how they store your details.


Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

  1. Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
  2. Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
  • To assist fraud protection and minimise credit risk.


You mind find links to third party websites on our website. These websites should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.


The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested. Should you wish to receive details that we hold about you please contact us.


We may use photographs taken at events in publicity and marketing materials, including use on our website or social networks. Your attendance at an event may mean that you are featured in such photographs and you are deemed not to object to the taking of such photographs as detailed above.

If you do not wish to be included in any photograph, please notify the Event Manager / Director at the relevant event prior to the photographs being taken.


These photographs are taken by our staff as a free memento of the event, and provided above and beyond the package you have bought. The photographer may not be a professional or have access to professional equipment.

The photos will be uploaded on to our Facebook page at regular weekly intervals (or as soon as possible thereafter). They will be publicly available and anyone can download these pictures.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send out original copies of the photos taken by our members of staff. You will, however, be given time to retrieve your camera to take your own photos of the event.


We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
